Overview

The present invention relates to an herbal nanoparticle composition comprising extracts from aerial part of plant Ficus benjamina for controlled delivery of the drug to clear accumulated aldehydes from the liver of alcoholic population. The solid lipid nanoparticles from the extract of aerial part of Ficus benjamina is incorporated into floating tablets using various solid lipids like egg phosphatidylcholine and other excipients like methocel K15M and methocel K100, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, etc.
