The present invention relates to a heating element system .The present invention relates to an article preferably cloth iron equipped with heating element system comprising heating element plate, dielectric filled aluminum plate, temperature sensor, potentiometer, microcontroller and a laser source. The upper & lower cover of heating plate is made with an Aluminum Plate .The heat of laser is transferred into a dielectric material like sand which is covered in an aluminum case. Sand absorbs and stores the heat to heat up the iron.
