The present invention relates to a wind turbine system using solar chimney draft comprising one large diameter centrally-mounted outward radial-flow or mixed-flow wind-turbine. The chimney has thin curved vanes designed for smooth entry and tangent exit to increase suction effect due to swirling flow inside the chimney space. This gives higher power due to bigger rotor diameter, thereby increasing wheel torque even at lower wind speeds. An electricity producing single ge
