Overview
The present invention provides a method and a more efficient, single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) based array (kit) as a first line investigation and as an aid to Chromosomal breakage assay for differential diagnosis and subsequently better management of constitutional Aplastic anemia viz. Fanconi anemia. The findings/ diagnosis of SNP Microaaray are confirmed by doing an additional end point PCR and sequencing based test.
