Overview
The present invention relates to a method for modifying PEDOT/PSS/nanographite using implantation with swift heavy carbon ions. The PEDOT/PSS/nanographite nanocomposites comprise nanographite as nanofiller. The carbon ions implanted in the prepared nanocomposites further enhance the properties of the nanocomposites. The nanocomposites exhibits enhanced conductivity and are suitable for electronic/ sensor applications and may be particularly useful as chemical vapour sensors.
