Overview
The present invention relates to the semiconductor nanoparticles and the process of synthesis for imparting or enhancing electrical conductivity of polymer matrix. The semiconductor nanoparticles are dispersed in polymer matrix and a thin film of the polymer nanocomposites is used for the fabrication of bilayer organic devices.
